The co-chair of Hillary Clinton’s campaign in Jefferson County, state Rep. Thomas Burch (D-Louisville), is asking if a campaign contribution from Brack Obama’s PAC earned Obama one of Kentucky’s superdelegates.
While noting he would support whichever candidate won the nomination, Burch said he was disappointed that 3rd District Congressman – and Kentucky superdelegate - John Yarmuth (D-Louisville) had endorsed Senator Obama.
Burch suggested a 2008 donation from Obama’s Hope Fund PAC to Yarmuth’s campaign may have contributed to that support.
“I found out my local Congressman got $2,500 from Obama,” said Burch. “I wonder: did he pay that to get an endorsement?”
Yarmuth's 2006 campaign against then-incumbent Congresswoman Anne Northup received a $3,500 contribution from the Hope Fund.

Obama bought Yarmouth? Doubtful
It seems likely that Obama contributed to Yarmouth's campaign so that KY wouldn't have to suffer under the dim-witted Northup. Obama did this state a service by helping Yarmouth defeat the Republican mouth-piece.
Obama bought John Yarmuth?!
And some think Obama represents something new in politics. Sure. I hope the Democratic Party doesn't nominate unelectable Obama, because I'm sure McCain can beat him in November. This is just a cult of personality, popular among the privileged Dems.
