No superdelegate commitment from Moore until after May 20

Kentucky Democratic Party Chairwoman Jennifer Moore said there is no change in her stance as an uncommitted superdelegate today, in spite of Senator Hillary Clinton's ten point victory in the Pennsylvannia primary.

"I'm in the same position as Monday," said Moore.

Moore - one of four uncommitted Kentucky superdelegates - indicated she would wait until after the Commonwealth's primary to announce a commitment.

"I want Kentuckians to have the opportunity to voice their preferences on May 20," Moore noted.

In the most recent Kentucky primary poll, Senator Clinton leads Illinois Senator Barack Obama 62 to 26 percent, with 4 percent undecided.

Governor Steve Beshear, 6th District Congressman Ben Chandler, and state Party Vice Chair Nathan Smith are all other uncommitted Kentucky votes at the Denver convention.
