Cantrell confirmed as Clinton's KY political director
By Trey Pollard, PolitickerKY.com ReporterThe Kentucky campaign of Senator Hillary Clinton confirmed today that Kentucky native Elizabeth Cantrell is serving as the state political director, as was reported by PolitickerKY.com on April 17.
The Clinton campaign noted Cantrell is a graduate of the University of Louisville and has "worked on numerous campaigns throughout the state."
"We have an incredibly talented and hardworking staff here in Kentucky," said State campaign Director Jonathan Hurst in a release dispatched today. "Elizabeth's experience, commitment, and knowledge of the state made her the natural choice for Political Director."
