KY-2: Boswell beats Haire
By Trey PollardState Senator David Boswell (D-Sorgho) has taken the 2nd District Democratic nomination this evening over opponent Reid Haire (D-Owensboro).
With 100% of precints reporting, Boswell took 58.6 percent of the vote to Haire's 41.4 percent.
Boswell will now move forward to face state Senator David Guthrie (R-Bowling Green) in the November general election.
