Did Lunsford get a Hillary bump?

In the latest Survey USA poll of the state's U.S. Senate race, Democratic challenger Bruce Lunsford (D-Louisville) and U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Louisville) split female voters 47 to 47 percent. That's a significant shift from early August when McConnell led 52 to 41 percent among women.

Is this poll an outlier, a real shift in the race or a Hillary Clinton bump? The latest poll was conducted September 21 and 22. Clinton was stumping for Lunsford in the state on September 20.

It also appears that men who were once undecided may have shifted towards Lunsford. McConnell led by 51 to 40 percent in the August poll, with 10 percent undecided (the figures don't add up to 100, probably due to rounding). Support for McConnell has held steady at 51 percent, but Lunsford's support among men increased to 45 percent, while the number of undecided voters dropped to 4 percent.
